Getting you back to painfree movement
Rethinking Your Movement
As an injured athlete, I would see a multitude of therapists to help bring me back to pain-free movement. More often than not, I discovered the best way to get myself out of injury cycles, was changing my movement.
I was constantly hoping I could get the manual work I would receive from chiropractors and physical therapists for longer than the 15-20 minutes of a 60 minute session. This was the point I decided that I wanted to be able to offer that level of manual work, but in extended sessions. More often than not, that little “pain in my back,” won’t go away with a quick treatment done in one session. As many of us have discovered through our own experiences, that back pain is a product of many imbalances throughout our body.

From the beginnings, I have always had a keen interest in the body and how it moved. My path originally started with a desire to pursue a career in Orthopedic Sports Medicine. Upon graduating Penn State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology, my life went a new direction.
After graduation, I moved to Colorado to join a training group to pursue a career as a Professional Triathlete. The 6 years I spent as a professional triathlete were some of the most formative years of my life as I discovered a new calling through countless injuries of my own. I had the opportunity to work with some of the top manual therapists in the country during this time and it opened my eyes to not only tissue maintenance, but most importantly preventative medicine.
I wanted to create something that can help people like me, who want to move without pain and aches. Let me help you get to that point, and then provide you the tools to help yourself. We stress our body’s day in and out, and just like any machine, we need constant maintenance to run smoothly.
